Personal data
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject"). A natural person is regarded as identifiable if they can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an online identifier such as an IP address, or to one or more special characteristics that are an expression of the identity of that natural person.
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Some data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may withdraw consent you have already given at any time. An informal notification by email is sufficient for the withdrawal. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
As a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the event of an infringement of data protection law. The supervisory authority competent for data protection matters is the state data protection commissioner of the federal state in which our company is established. The following link provides a list of the data protection commissioners and their contact details: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Service/Anschriften/anschriften_table.html
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party. It is provided in a machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done where it is technically feasible.
Right to information, rectification, blocking and erasure
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, the origin of that data, its recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, where applicable, a right to rectification, blocking (restriction of processing) or erasure of this data. For this and for any further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time using the contact options listed in the imprint.

This means that data you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser’s address bar and by the padlock symbol in the browser bar.
